…a stylish and contemporary home. We could tell this Georgian listed property had real potential, just needed a little stripping back of layers, or layers of carpet in this case. Originally a five bedroom children’s home we worked with local architects, Devon conservation office & Totnes independents to totally transforms Warland into a modern home whilst restoring as many as the original features, they were just far too wonderful not to!
