We developed this 3rd floor apartment from one level to two! By extending the extension into the roof again. . . the only way was up! As well as adding two double bedrooms and a shower room, we landscaped the garden into an inspirational dining BBQ area with views across to Dartmouth Castle, the river and Kingswear.
